There was a lot of silent sadness and tiredness on the way to Selene's pack. Kael's sacrifice still weighed hard on my chest, and we had lost too much. As I forced myself to keep moving, Kian hugged Aria close, his protective instincts stronger than ever. We needed to go to Selene. We needed answers.
