All I can think of as I take my last few shaky breaths, is that I hope Derrin knows how much I truly love him. That even though Apollo and I haven’t had the best relationship in the last years, that he knows without a doubt I adored him. I hope Persephone knows she truly is a gift to our lives and my family. I hope she takes care of them all.
I feel the last breath leave my body, and I whisper as it goes. “Until we meet again mate.” And then darkness. But no pain. Relief but way too much sorrow. I didn’t want to leave. I didn’t think this would be how I would go. But here I am transcending into the Mystical Kingdom.
