Rose Pov
It's been two weeks but I am not feeling well at all, nobody to talk to like before that ,I had Mia and Nicole
I woke this morning,I started feeling dizziness, so I went to the hospital because I don't want anything that will disturb me tomorrow, Monday
told me the saddest news ever, he said I am two weeks gone,I feel like killing myself for getting pregnant for that rude and arrogant guy.
So I feel I should tell him, I don't want to deprive him of this child.
What I did most of the day was sleep and eat. So strange, I was craving for food like olives, jollof rice, and pizza.
I also read many articles about pregnancy.
I touched my tummy, my pregnancy would not show yet, but the feeling that I was carrying a child brought tears in my eyes.
Am thinking I should text him tomorrow to inform him.I was about to sleep again, and I heard the doorbell rang.I opened the door and the last person I expected to see came in.
I froze in my spot as I saw him. Slowly, he started walking to me. My heart was bonding so loud.
"Rose, I am really sorry. "His hand caressed my cheek and I know I should've stopped him but I couldn't. I closed my eyes briefly and sighed.
"I miss you. "
"Last two weeks ago I lost the contract, it was that same time last year I lost my wife, Mia's mom."He said sadly.
"I am so sorry I hurt you with my words. I thought money was everything, and I have regretted my actions now. I discovered that you are not just a babysitter but also the one who I cherished too". He said and I blushed.
"I can't help it Nicole. We're still a month together… and things happened too fast. I don't know if our relationship will really work….. "
"It's not a competition, anytime it doesn't matter. As long as we understand each other and doing our best to make it the relationship work.
"We're not in love, "I finally opened up about the feeling.
I said so he should confess his feelings for me.
"I love you Rose, but I will wait for you to love me back. "he said
"I love you too Nicole "I said and he hugged me intimately.
After a minute, he pulled back and said.
"Will you move in with me?. He asked
"You want me to move into your penthouse? "I asked
"Yes, of course "
I nodded an he lifted me up in his arms and twirled me around. "Thank you my love. "He said happily
Mia wasn't thrilled to see me. She stormped up to her room when see saw me. So I followed her.
"Mia,please let me explain. "I said
"You left me? why"she said
I hugged her. "I'm sorry Mia, but your dad caused it. But he made up for it so I'm back now, for good "
"Really? "She asked
"Yeah "I giggled.
"So lets go to the kitchen"I said and we went to the kitchen together.
We prepared Noodles for dinner, it's not up to thirty minutes after food before Mia slept off. So Nicole and I had a little movie night.I was snuggled up next to him on the couch.
I woke up in the next morning and found myself in the arms of the man I loved. "I could still remember vividly that I slept on the couch". "So how come". I asked him starring at the door.
" I carried you here,"he said.
"It's fine, am just ngggg"I was about to finish my words when I feel like vomiting I quickly rush to the bathroom and he followed.
"Let's go to the hospital. "He said
"No, am fine, it's normal. "I said
"I want to tell you something. "I said
"What is it? "
I held his hand.
"I'm pregnant. "
Nicole Pov
I was amazed after hearing what she said.
You're pregnant? "I looked at her tummy but it was flat
I hugged her, until our emotions subsided a little.
"Oh God, I can't believe it. We are going to have a baby. "I love you Rose"
"I love you more Nicole"he said
"Let's go and have dinner "
We ordered for food and I kissed her and she felt shy because we are in public
"So when are we getting married "I asked her
"Huhn, anytime you wish" She said
After the dinner, we went to the penthouse together and told Mia the great news.
"Am going to be a sister, oh my God"She said jumping up happily.
"Yeah dearest" Rose said
The next morning, Rose haven't woke up so I wrote a letter and put it beside her that she should get dressed by 6:00pm that we have party.
"Mia wake up"I tickled her
"Dad let me sleep small"She said.
"You will, at least hear me out first"I said sighed
"Am throwing a party tonight, so both of you should get dressed am gonna picked you up."I let out
"Yeah daddy." We will
I went to the office and came back home to picked them up.
We went to the best restaurant in the New York, after eating, swimming, and rejoicing.I knelt down in front of Rose and brought out a ring from my pocket.
"Rose since the day Mia and I met you, it had been the best events in our lives, Rose I want you to live with us forever, and we should have more children together." I said wholeheartedly
"Please will you marry me"I chuckled
"Oh my God, Nicole I can't believe this.Yes I will"She said and I hurriedly hugged and kissed her.
"Mia came up to us and we carried her up In between our arms and snapped pictures together.
"Am happy I have the most happiest family!!!"
