Chapter Twenty-Five
It was three days before Sam finally agreed to see her brothers. She had done it just to grate at them, allowing everyone to come over but them. When she had finally woken up and seen Alex's jaw, she had decided they deserved it.
In addition to her parents and a few employees, she had also let her brothers' wives come over. Mason had even sat in the car the whole time that Kelly visited, waiting for an invitation that he didn't get.
Alex had been the one to convince her to invite them over finally. She had relented, deciding she had punished them enough. They came over this morning, cautious as they entered and looked her over nervously before having a seat in the living room.
