Chapter 35 Taytra
Taytra read over her notes for the fourth time that morning. She could hear the buzz of voices outside as the people of Cabineral were gathered together. It was time to update them on everything, even the bits she didn’t quite want to tell them about.
Ward and Taytra’s presence at the celebration the night before had worked. Enough of the council had been swayed by their story to agree to help them. Even knowing generally what to expect, the meeting this morning had shocked her.
