A cage with Golden chains

Chapter 2: A Cage with Golden Chains The mansion was massive. Cold. Silent. Elisa’s heels clicked on the marble floors as two guards dragged her down the hallway. She didn’t scream anymore—it was pointless. She had already tried. When the heavy door shut behind her, she was alone. Or so she thought. “Welcome to your new home,” Alessio’s voice echoed behind her. He leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed, watching her like a predator watching his prey in a cage he had built himself. Her room—if she could even call it that—was like a twisted fantasy. Velvet curtains. Silk sheets. A closet full of designer clothes. But the windows were sealed shut. No phone. No laptop. No freedom. “I’m not your toy,” she said, spinning to face him. "No," Alessio said, slowly walking toward her, “You’re not a toy. You’re a prize. And I always take care of what I win.” He reached out and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. She slapped his hand away. “Touch me again and I swear—” "You’ll what?" he whispered, dark amusement in his eyes. He stepped closer, close enough for her to feel his breath. "You have no power here, Elisa. No name. No father to protect you. You only exist under my rules now." She held her chin high. “And what exactly do your rules say?” A long pause. Then, a smirk. “They say that you don’t sleep until I say so. You don’t eat until I say so. And when I come to your room at night… you don’t say no.” Her chest tightened. “You’re a monster.” Alessio leaned in, his lips brushing her ear. “No, dolcezza… I’m the monster your father created.” He stepped back, eyes locked on hers, and walked away—leaving her standing there, breathless, heart pounding, trying not to cry. But she wouldn’t cry. She wouldn’t give him that power. Not yet. Not ever. Or so she thought. End of Chapter 2
