Three days past since my little moment with chase in the library, ever since we haven’t spoken a word, and I didn’t leave the mansion.

According to my information, I believe tonight is the donation party thing. Lady Lillian told me I should come too, but I have nothing to wear for such ceremony.

Clearing my thought from this, I played run and catch with miles in the garden, I become addicted to this massive, cute dog.

Huskies are dangerous deadly dogs, and yet here I am playing with one as if it was a cat.

Suddenly, Victoria showed up and called for me “Sophia “

“Hey ... “I said to her as she comes over to me

“Hey, get dressed, we’re going shopping “she said

I changed my cloths, and we drove away in Victoria’s red Lamborghini.

Victoria took me to Manhattan, where most of New York’s rich people live, I’ve only seen this part of the city in Gossip girl, not that I couldn’t afford going there I just wasn’t interested.

I gazed at the long fancy street admiring everything about it, the people, the buildings.

We pulled over one of the parking and got out, we walked around until we entered one of the cloths shops, it had all kind of fancy sexy dresses, and the most expensive ones.

Suddenly, before we start our tour, Victoria pulled me closer by my arm, “ Look, I really wanna stay on good terms, so don, t try or even think to run away, cause the I will be very mad “ she had a glimpse of evil in her eyes as she said this, the only time I’ve seen her like this was that night at the café, the night I was kidnapped.

I gulped and nodded at her, nervous, then her face changed into a smiley one, as if she has a Schizophrenia.

We spent a lot of time wandering from a*****e to another, buying multiple stuff, despite our little encounter at the beginning, she was nothing but nice to me, and bought everything my eyes landed on, without even asking.

Later, we entered the famous Chanel store of New York, this place exactly as I imagined it would be.

Victoria told me this is where we gonna buy the dresses for tonight from.

We checked many dresses till we finally chose the ones we will wear, Victoria chose a red tight dress, she didn’t leave the choice of mine, so she chose for me as well.

After shopping, we went to have lunch at one of the restaurants, we sat and ordered our food.

“Hope you had fun with me “she briefly said.

“I did “I smiled at her

“Well, I guess it’s better than pretending to be chase’s assistant” she said as she took another bite from her spaghetti.

“How did you know? I wondered.

“Two people Chase trust most in the world, me, and Todd “she replied.

“And Cindy? “I asked again.

(Why would I ask about Cindy, not that I care who he trusts, there is no way he doesn’t trust her after coming back with hickey from her.)

“No, just a f**k buddy, “she simply said, then looked at me with a smirk.

“Speak of which, tell me about your exes, or any current boyfriends, “she asked, I started at her question.

Ever since I was a middle school student, I didn’t care about relationships, I never dated anyone, literally, I just focused on my study and got high grades, from middle to high school, therefore I was very hard-working student, it’s not easy to get into medicine school.

I looked at her with a smile on my face, not knowing how to answer to that.

After lunch, we drove back to the mansion, and it was full of staff decorating it, bringing in tables and chairs and all the stuff.

It was round 7:30 Lillian told us that the party starts at 9:00 in the evening.

I headed to the bedroom, my hand was full of our shopping bags, Bobby and the other servants were busy, so I didn’t wanna bother them with my luggage, not that I needed help of course.

When I entered, I found Chase dressing himself, he wore a black Armani suit, anyone would recognise it.

He turned to look at me, and I looked down, putting the bags aside “Too much for just one dress “he said, “it’s not just the dress “I told him.

“Typical Victoria “he said as he struggled to put his tie right, I ignored him and started unpacking the bags on the bed.

He kept fighting his tie for about ten minutes, I got bored as I waited for him to leave so I can change.

I had enough with his struggle and went over to him to help him with the tie, “Wow … What are you doing? “He asked, confused

“Helping you with this stupid tie so you can leave “I sarcastically said.

As I was doing his tie, I felt his eyes roaming all over my face, then my eyes took a quick look on his lips, against my free will.

I quickly did his tie properly and he looked at me surprised, more like amazed. “Now can you leave? “I asked him. Annoyance coming out of tone.

He smirked at me then left. I Rolled my eyes at him and went for a shower..

I enjoyed her smell as she stood closer to me, adjusting my tie, she had a look on her face as if she was mocking me for not knowing how to do my tie properly.

I left the room and headed to my mother’s, since I didn’t talk to her much lately.

I entered and she was talking on the phone, she spotted me and quickly ended the call

“Chase …. You look handsome hijo “she told me as she observed me

“Thank madre, you look beautiful too “I told her she smiled.

“What brings you here …? “She asked

“I wanna talk to you about Sophia “I said

“Sophia? What did she do? “She asked

“What do you think I should do with her? “I wondered, this question had a be asked.

“What do you mean? “She asked me again

“For how long we’re gonna keep her here? What do you think I should do?? “I stated

(It’s getting on my nerves)

“Do what your father wouldn’t done “she told me

“Father would’ve killed her already “I said

“You’re probably right about that, “she chuckled

“Then do what you see fits, give it time, maybe if she got closer to us, she won’t try to report us “she said

“That’s impossible, if she didn’t report us for murder then she’ll Definity report us for the kidnaping, either way it’s a problem “I sighed, knowing there is no solution, I can’t fully trust her to let her go.

I greeted my mother and left, I went for a smoke in the bar of our mansion, with miles following me.

Suddenly, my peaceful session was cut by three annoying people coming into the bar, Todd, Teddy and Theo

I sighed at the sight of them; they all joined me as they poured themselves drink.

“I’m gonna ask her to dance with me “Theo suddenly said, I looked at him confused, who does he mean?

“it’s not what you think, not Cindy, I’m gonna ask Sophia to dance with me tonight “he said, my eyes shifted from my cigarette to him.

“Why are you telling me this? “I glared him

Theo stumbled before his brother, Teddy, spoke

“Theo thinks you’re sleeping with her, so he thought he should ask you and make sure that there is nothing between you two.

I looked at Theo again whose face was red as a tomato.

“Why would you think there’s something between me and her? I asked

“Well … she’s staying at your room, and she’s hot, so I thought … “He murmured

“It seems like you forget Cindy is in the same house, if something happened, the mansion would’ve fallen from Cindy’s pitching yelling, Todd sarcastically said

I looked at all three of them with a frown

I finished my cigarette and walked around the mansion, making sure everything was well put

This donation party was very important to my mother, she was a member in a charity, and every tear she held this ceremony donating a ton of money for poor children and schools all over the world.

We receive tens of Charity leader and members, who contribute as well. Showing their support.

It was 8:45, people started to come, I headed to my room to get Sophia, who took a long time getting ready.

I entered without knocking, bad idea, Sophia was standing in front of the mirror, trying to zip up her dress.

She looked very stunning, wearing a dress that showed her little curves, pulling her hair to the side of her shoulder giving me a wonderful view of her bare back.

I gazed at her like she was the prettiest thing I’ve ever seen, my meditation was cut off by her sweet voice.

“I’ll just zip the dress and come down, no need to come and bring me, it’s not like I’ll try to run away again, “she mockingly said, still struggling with the zipper.

I walked to her and stood right behind her; our eyes met through the mirror. “W ... What? She hesitantly asked.

I could feel her shivering, like she was never touched before, after zipping her dress, I brought her hair that was on her shoulder and released it on her back.

She turned to look at me with a strange look, I looked her up and down, I didn’t know if she liked me touching her like that or not.” Thanks “she simply said.
