Sophia...

As I was sitting on the floor, trying to figure out the mess I got myself into, how

my life suddenly changed, I’m trapped inside this place with bunch of murders

I stood up and walked around the room, hands on my head, thinking

about a way to run away, how am I going to do it? I bet they have weapons,

guards, cameras, etc….

I was cut off by a knock on a door, I leaned on the door and asked

who it is, I was startled and scared

“Who is it?”

“Can you open the door; I brought you clothes.” A female voice said

I opened the door, it was the same girl from the café who was with them,

“Hey. “She said

“What do you want? Stay back!” I told her as I stepped back from her

“Calm down …. I’m Victora, by the way, you are?” She asked

(she must think I’m crazy enough to spill out my name)

“I’m not telling you that!” I spoke

“look” she sighed” we will find out your name one way or another,

Save us the bother and tell me, please?” she politely stated

(I gave up, what’s the point of not telling her?)

“Sophia, Sophia pierce” I told her

“Nice to meet you Sophia” she said

“I wish I could say the same” it came me out like a whisper, but I know she heard me

“Look, I know we met under inappropriate circumstances, but we can’t do

anything about it, here. “She said as she handed me a bag full of clothes

“My brother told me to give you those.” She spoke

“Your brother?” I asked

“Yes, the one you saw throw a knife at the man.” She replied

(no way that’s her brother!?)

“Oh, so he’s your brother.” I said in surprise

“Not by choice, but yeah.” She frowned

“Weird.” I mentioned

“Why?” she asked giggling

“You don’t look alike, I mean, you seem nice, and he’s not.” I

said and she started laughing

(Is it normal to call on of your kidnappers nice? Never mind me I’m weird)

“You’re right! I always say that, but they all ignore me, you and I are gonna

be very good friends, if you’d like.” She said as she entered the room

(As if I’m staying any longer in here)

“Not so sure about that, I’m not staying here for long.” I stated,

she looked at me, confused

“Sweetie, I’m not gonna lie to you, your stay here is gonna be long,

until we figure out what we’re gonna do with you.” She said as she

entered the room

“Are you gonna kill me” I had to ask

“I hope not, you seem like a good person, you’re just unlucky,

but lucky that we kept you alive until now, other mafia gangs

would’ve already shoot you the minute you screamed.” She spoke

stated with her hands on my shoulders,

(well, that would’ve solved their problem)

“Mafia gangs? Wait, you people are from the mafia?!? I asked her, shocked

“Yup.” She answered

“Oh my god!! I’m gonna die, I’m gonna die.” I said as I grabbed my hair with hands,

I could feel myself panicking

(and I don’t even have my medicine)

“Hey hey !! shhhh, you’re not gonna die, you just have to stay still and not try to do

Anything stupid alright?” she said as she tried to calm me down

(Eventually I did)

“Do you have a heart problem? “She asked

(I froze at her question, how did she know that? Was it too obvious? Or is she just that good?)

“Y .. yes.” I replied” I get some chest pain sometimes” especially with I’m stressed out

“Do you take a medicine?” she asked again, and I looked at her

“Yes, but it’s in my house.” I told her

“I see, don’t worry, just give me the name of the medicine and I’ll get

you a new one.” She stated

“Th … thanks, I guess.”

(Despite our current situation but she was extremely kind to me, not that I forgot

My main purpose for now)

“Anyway, I have to go, work is calling, if you need anything just call me.”

She winked at me and walked out of the room.

(She seemed nice, not like her brother, I don’t even know his name, but whatever,

I’m not staying here for long.)

I got into the bathroom that was in the room, I took off my clothes and took

A quick shower, I wanted to feel a bit refreshed from all what happened

After shower, I wore some of the clothes Victoria brought me, I put

On some jeans and purple top.

I looked around the room to find something to keep me busy considering

I didn’t have my phone, maybe they took it from me, or I left it in the café

(Nah they took it, no way I would forget my phone)

I searched in the drawers next to the bed and found some books, I really

Hoped to find something that could help me escape, but nothing,

I grabbed one of the books and sat on the bed and started reading it...

Time have passed as I was reading the book, until suddenly the door opened,

Revealing the man from earlier, the killer, Victoria’s brother

“Could you knock before entering? “I said, annoyed

“It’s my house beautiful; I can walk in whenever I want.” He

Replied

“Not anymore, what if I was naked? I said, annoyed

(why the hell would I say that?)

“Then I’ll enjoy the view. “He smirked, and I could feel my cheeks

burning up from embarrassment

“What do you want?” I asked

“You must be hungry, come, we’re having dinner, I’ll introduce

you to them. “He replied

“It’s your family’s dinner, plus I’m not hungry, I’m not interested

In knowing any of you I just want to leave! “I challenged him,

looking directly into his eyes

“I wasn’t asking, if I said you’re coming, get up.” He said, sounding almost angry

“And I said, I’m not hungry, I want to leave this place.” I stated

“Not gonna happen and I suggest you stop bringing that up, it’s pointless.” He spoke

“Whatever, I’m still not coming. “I said

(I’m the stubbornest person you could ever met.)

He didn’t reply, he walked toward the bed, I stepped back as he

Without warning, he threw me over his shoulder and walked out of the room

I shouted, yelled and hit his back with my bare hands but with no use, God

He was strong

“Hey, put me down asshole! I yelled, hitting his back, he might kill me

Afterwards but I was not going down without a fight

He walked through the hallway, went down the stairs and everybody looked at us,

the servants and the guards

“I can walk on my own “I shouted

Still no answer, he kept walking

“Fine fine I will have dinner, just put me down! I yelled again

He stopped and put me down, he grabbed my chin and forced me to look at him

“Listen here miss, I don’t tolerate, you know I should’ve killed you but

I was merciful enough to spare your life, don’t make me regret it! “He said in a stern rough tone, shiver ran through all my body.

I simply nodded at him, he let go of my chin and grabbed my arm, we headed towards what it seemed like to be a dining hall

His house had beautiful luxury, probably the most elegant place I’ve ever seen

there I saw a long dining table with people sitting on it, I recognized

only three of them, Victoria the naked girl from earlier and the curly hair guy
