Chapter Eighty-Seven
Sebastian's POV
"What are you doing here?" Ruby asked me once we were all settled in the pack's living room. I was sitting next to her on the couch, so it was evident we were speaking but nobody knew what we were talking about unless, of course, they used their werewolves' ability.
"Alpha Gilbert and I heard about the attack on your pack and decided to come to give whatever assistance we can offer," I said but the scowl on his face only deepened. Ruby murmured something which I didn't quite hear but I was being skeptical about it because I wasn't so sure what her reaction would be.
