“Ruby! Ruby! Are you even listening to me?” Emory grabs my shoulder and jolts me back to reality.
I stare at her with confusion “ow! what was that for?”
“I have been calling your name for the past five minutes with no response. I thought something bad had happened, maybe you slipped and hit your head, only for me to come in here to see you standing in front of the mirror staring at your reflection with your toothbrush dangling from your mouth like a zombie”
