Now, with the manifestation of the second sign, most of the cities in the world had been abandoned. The ubralo (ordinary humans) are choosing, migrating to places where there's vegetation. They had been used to do farming and fishing as a living. Green lands and waters are what made them wealthy. But in the loss of the oceans, the Greenlands are replaced with dry, scorching desert.
To rebuild the world and adapting to its recent state, the rehabilitation league was organized. It is consists of the leaders of those countries who are still remaining strong, still standing, and can still provide aid to others. There are 10 of them.
The ubralo looks at them as their hope, much more with the announcement that Cascade, the Keeper will be joining and leading the league.
