“As much as I’ve enjoyed this, I need to start the day.” I told Rebecca. She ended up cuddling on me while we slept. We spoke until we saw the first light of the sun before she decided that she needed to rest. I didn’t find her body on mine uncomfortable surprisingly, I would go as far as to say that I enjoyed it actually. The warmth of her body was enough to lull me to sleep for a few hours before I woke up. I wanted to get up half an hour ago but Rebecca refused to release me so I snuggled her for a while longer.
“If you get up now then this will be over.” Her tired voice complimented her equally energy-deprived body. She definitely needed much more sleep.
“We’ll just have to continue this another time then.” I told her as I tried to think of reason to get up that would satisfy her.
