CHAPTER 9
ALPHA LINCOLN'S POV
My eyes were shut but opened quickly when her name came out of my mouth as I cummed, "What the hell just happened? I-", I was at a loss for words, why would I moan out a total stranger's name and the worst part was the flashbacks I was having was of her face but I had not realized it yet.
I quickly rinsed up and wrapped a towel around my waist stepping out of the bathroom, "That's never happening again, in fact it has not even happened, nothing happened, plus she is not the only one with that name...what am I even saying?", I rambled.
"This has never happened before", I was upset while getting ready for the night.
"Did she do something for that? To make me do that? Was that it?", all these thoughts were moving around in my head.
"Enough! No more...time to sleep. I need one for all these whatever it is to stop", I got into bed and closed my eyes.
"But that was the best o****m I have had in years", I chuckled, "s**t is crazy", from there after some minutes of keeping my eyes closed and relaxing.
I welcomed sleep.
MONTANA'S POV
As I slipped, I fell from the mountain, screaming my lungs out.
The next minute I was falling, and the other minute, I was waking up from my bed, scared and trying to catch my breath, "What was that?."
The question came out of my mouth as a whisper.
Thank Goddess there was a glass of water beside me, even though it was the one I had last night before going to bed, I did not mind, I grabbed it and downed every bit of water in the glass.
I slammed the glass, and checked the time...it was still four am early in the morning.
Best time for a run and to clear my head. Quickly went to the bathroom, washed my face, checked the kids, and set a few things before leaving for the nearest woods.
"I did it again", I sighed while walking, "Dreamwalk. It happened again", I had remembered years ago of doing these, seeing things like this but I had no one to talk to about it, even when I did tried to tell my father, of course he gave me no attention, just focusing on my stepsister.
The dreams or visions or whatever it was, stopped coming after I found a way to visit a seer and I thought that would be the end of it.
Flashback
After seeing that no one would listen to me or offer to clear my confusion, I decided to do it myself. My loving mother was already dead, she was the one person that I knew would have done anything for me.
So I went to seek a seer called Eldara, she was a bit far from my pack but I had to get answers and reaching there it was as if she knew I would come.
"Welcome child, I was expecting you", were her words, when I stepped into her space.
I explained everything to her and so she wasted no time in getting started cause I told her I wanted to understand what was going on.
The dreams were getting too realistic and were very confusing and it got worse when I wanted to understand why I kept having similar dreams but couldn't find anything.
"Give me your hands, child", Eldara said, which I quickly did. I was still young. Was about eighteen. Well, not that young but younger than my present.
I gave her my hand as she requested and she took them kindly. A gentle touch of connection was established when she took my hands and whispered, "Let me in!."
Eldara had closed her eyes while mine was still open, she seemed to be very concentrated while I was confused about what I should do. If I should just stand there and look or...
"And close your eyes, relax, free your mind and heart", Eldara said to me like she was reading my mind. I did as I was told.
I felt a current pass through me. I was prepared.
"Zephyr en Sylvaenos, umbralis anannë taelith, lunaris. Aelorn Valthyrion aeonare, Athelenis somnosar yánaël", Eldara chanted, her voice was so soft and warm, it calmed me down even.
As she said her incantations, quickly, like very quickly, she gripped my hands tighter and I finally was open. I could feel the change in the atmosphere, But she didn't stop.
"Aelithon lithril aerathil, Nysarael anúmen víril lúna. Revelath núme ve sylvanaris ardelis, lórenthë calavë Thelas eniorna, yárion".
The very sound of her incantations seemed to have awakened a little something dormant in me.
At this point, I gave her everything I had and everything I felt. The tingling sensation. The calm.
We both got carried away and deep into it, soon we opened our eyes at the same time, me gasping. I pulled myself together, and asked, "Is that all?".
"Yes child", she responded and told me to have a sit, "I will explain what you have been going through but I'm sorry to say, I can not see beyond that".
I had no problem, it was okay, it was better than nothing and that was when she told me that what was happening to me was, "Dream walking", and that it was some kind of ability or something.
"It is like in your dream, you are awake. It may sound confusing but it is like you know that you are dreaming", Eldara said to me and explained a few more things but nothing that was about how this was happening to me.
Flashback ends
I kept wondering if there was something I was missing. I had gotten closer to the woods and immediately I transformed it came to me.
"Why did I not remember this before?", I asked myself while still in my wolf form.
My mother had told me that when I was of age, there was something she would tell me. Back then I was five or four but she died way too early and till now I had no idea what she meant or what it was she wanted to tell me.
Although she has always told me since when I was little to always be careful of people seeing me in my wolf form. I think that's what made people think I was an Omega because I don't transform and seem weak without a wolf, I remembered this part and decided to trust her.
And me transforming now and running at a very strong speed, I stopped by a riverside and stared at my reflection.
My wolf form, my fur was Slate Gray and Frosty white and Earthen Brown as my Accent colors. And my eyes which I love were Turquoise.
I also had some intricate symbols resembling mountain peaks and runes or somewhat adorning my fur. That's what even made the whole thing worse, cause what the hell is happening to me?
And then I am larger than an average wolf.
"I need to find out what is happening", I said in my mind as I left the riverside for another run.
"I need to visit my old Pack."
