Hearing Alex's words, Clara sat inside with her mouth shut. Rose was stunned to see the sudden silence inside the car.
"What did you do to make her calm?" Rose asked, all amused when Clara was just resting her head over his shoulders with a small smile. Alex looked at her face and smiled like the same. Is she that easy to handle?
"Drivers are supposed to drive not to eavesdrop on the conversation", Alex snapped with a chuckle and turned away, leaving Rose to drop her jaw to the ground.
"That's rude." Rose snapped back, but Alex was not in the mood to reply to her. So he closed his eyes and rested his head on the backseat.
They reached home exactly after half an hour.
