"Will Lucas come back here, Xari, Nate?" Dad suddenly asked us as we watched TV. I don't how to answer that so I looked at Nate on the other couch who was just whistling.
"Maybe not, Dad. We don't know..." I answered. Nate, then, stopped whistling and smirked at what I said.
"That guy has the money, he probably found a new place to stay." He said while still smirking. I rolled my eyes at him.
"That's a pity, he didn't even say goodbye to us." Dad said again and continued watching.
He didn't ask us again after that so I went to the kitchen. I'll just eat, even though we finished eating a while ago.
"You're hungry again?" Nate asked me when he caught me eating chips here.
