As Sarah shut the door behind them, she smiled. It is obvious they belong together, she thought. The way he looks at her... I cannot believe Karli has no idea. But maybe my feigning interest helped her see him better.

Jordan had managed to keep his expression neutral as he watched a confusing array of emotions roll across Sarah’s and Karli’s faces in the living room.
