Trixie stepped off the elevator, her hands trembling as she quickly moved to her door and swiped her key card. She raced to the bathroom and nervously brushed her hair, staring back at herself with wide eyes and flushed cheeks. What just happened, exactly? Did we just decide something? Because it sure feels like we did. Drew’s soft knock on the connecting door between their suites broke her reverie and she willed herself to stop shaking as she set the brush down and went to let him in. No sooner had she slid the door open than he’d pulled her tight against his chest, his mouth plundering hers and kicking all her senses into high gear.
