As I listened to Sandra’s voice on the phone, I felt a mixed feeling of anger and relief wash over me.
Anger at the fact that her jealousy took her as far as almost killing Tracy and relief because I knew this was the end of our relationship. Things had been getting sour for a while now but this was the last straw.
She, herself, knew she could not lie again at this point. The evidence was clear as day and she started crying what I personally felt were crocodile tears.
