Tracy's POV
The training after lunch went by in a blur. Even though Cassandra pushed us beyond our limits, my mind could barely register anything, as it was preoccupied with thoughts of Maria, and what the Future holds for her.
The training finally came to an end for the day, everyone barely exchanged any words, as we were all exhausted to the bones.
After taking my bath, like the others, I got in bed, closed my eyes in hope to be weaved to dream land, but that never came as all I did for the next hours that followed was count the ceiling and turn and toss around the bed every chance I got.
“Why don't you go for a walk, it might help,” Amaris suggested, and even though my bones ached, I welcomed the idea wholeheartedly.
I slid out of bed, grabbed my hoodie and headed out with nowhere
