I didn't know what to say , but complicated wasn't exactly how I'd describe Kian. He made it very obvious from the moment he found out we were mates that he wasn't going to leave his girlfriend because of the mate bond or anything.
“Rogue Lycan's are rare, where did those rogues from last night come from?” I asked, in a lame attempt at trying to change the topic of discussion. “Are they members of your Pack?”
Ezekiel looked genuinely taken aback by my question but he answered regardless. “They were, but not anymore.”
“What happened?” I asked, genuinely curious.
“It's a bit of a long story,” Ezekiel said. “But I can tell you over dinner…”
