“Are you okay?” Was the first thing I was greeted with by Martha as I opened my eyes to the familiar ceiling of my room. Nevertheless, my eyes roamed around the surrounding as if it was my first time.
Martha helped me up to a sitting position, poured water into a cup, and passed it to me. I didn’t object as my throat was dry. I gulped everything down in one go. “How are feeling?”
