I was disappointed to find out that Jackson and I were not mated. It has been so hard for me trying to control myself around him. He is funny and super caring, and I hate to admit it, but I am falling in love with him.
Now things are more complicated because my parents are fierce advocates of the mate bond, and choosing Jackson over whatever the fates had in store for me, would freak them out.
