I asked terrified when I saw his eyes glowing blue.

Rohan yelled kicking Raily away before hugging me.
" Angel? What do you mean by an angel? "
I screamed as Raily is hitting the bars with his head.
" This liar acted like your mate while planning to kill you every single day. "
Rohan electrocuted him as Raily dropped to the ground.
" This sneaky brat waited until you find a mate, so he could take it as a vessel to kill you with, he never loved you, not even for a day, he enjoyed manipulating you. "
I don't believe that, any of this.

I asked, I had enough dealing with this Lycan and his pack was enough for me.
Now my human mate wasn't even dead nor a human?

I asked Raily kneeling to look at him, I eased his pain a little.
Those sigils must block his powers.
" What did I ever do to you? I loved you! I lived every day in pain because of what that bastard did to you! You're telling me you're not even dead and want to kill me. "
I raised my voice, holding the bars as Raily is approaching me holding my hand.
" Because if he had you, he will ruin the universe, he will become the most powerful creature, and that can't be happening. "
My eyes widened, who does he mean?
" I tried to stop you from even being born, tried to block his sight away from you, in the end, I feel his power around you, his dark magic. "
Raily held the hand I touched the dead girl with earlier.
" What did you make her do you dumb, you had to protect her and you failed, again. "
Raily is looking at Rohan while speaking, I'm feeling left out of the conversation.

Rohan answered while I look at both of them.

Raily is shaking the bars, I got back from it looking at him.
He wants to kill me.

I asked him to make sure of it, so I won't regret killing him later.
I'm glad my clothes are oversized to hide my shivering body.
Raily stared at me standing up on his feet.

I nodded as he says the words.
" The more I stayed near you, The more I hated you, Witch. "
I couldn't control the tears that fall down my cheek.
Nor I can't look away from Raily's eyes that are staring at me.
Why he is looking at me like that?
Why he is locked in here for 23 years?
" ERASE HIS MEMORY! "
Rohan yelled and I shook my head.
I saw Raily is getting closer to the bars again offering his head to me.
He is okay with that?
Raily's eyes are closed as I slowly approach Him.
I couldn't help but touch his soft hair feeling his head following my hand.
" Stop touching him and do your job. "
Rohan shook my shoulder as I bit my lips.

I hushed him before placing my hand over Raily's forehead and looking at his memory.

" C'mon Raily stay for the night! "
The Hybrid mumbles shyly, she always acts shy around me.
I wonder if she sees how silly and dumb she looks right now.
Indeed, she never harm a human or her pack, but she caused enough problems for now.
My job is simple, to eliminate her.
But why I'm stalling?
In the end, she is a monster, and any hunter or human will end up killing her or being scared of her.
But she doesn't care about the world, just me and her pack.

I scratched my neck saying those empty words acting all innocent like always.

I gave up laying on the ground while she is taking the bed.
She doesn't smell like a dog, she has a great smell.
Her room is cozy, I bet humans live like her too.
When Alexandra confessed her feeling for that i***t, he got scared, called her a monster, and ran away.
Before he got killed by him obviously.
I looked at her reaction back then, and I felt her loss.
I felt something like that before...
She grew up on my watch, I saw her lose her toys, her brothers, and her teeth, I felt all of that.
But I wasn't ready to let her lose Raily too
I healed him and possessed him the same day and went to confess my feelings, I said I'm sorry, I'm dumb and scared.
She welcomed me in her hug as if nothing happened, it was the first and last hug I took from her.
Because I'm going to take her life now.
I waited a couple of hours before standing up staring at her sleeping frowning her eyebrows again.

She begged whoever chasing her dreams, and I'm well aware of who might be.
Theodore, the one who is acting like a god these days because of how much power he has.
I tried to stop him, me, and my brothers, but nothing worked against him.
The only thing that will weaken him, is this young puppy's death.
I touched Alexandra's warm cheek, before getting my angel sword out.
" It was good to meet you, Alexandra, I hope your soul rest in peace. "
I said the words firmly because I'm finally doing my job for once.
" Please don't kill him, don't kill Raily! "
I raised an eyebrow and before I kill her.
" You thought you can hurt what is mine? "
I got kicked out the window, my sword landed on my chest.
I tried to breathe choking on my blood before witnessing Alexandra jump out of the window.
" Raily ! Please hold on, breathe, just breathe! "
She is nervous casting a healing spell, and removing the angelic sword away.
I ignored the shadow laughing behind her, the only thing I see is her non-stop tears.
