I arrived back with my mind still buzzing from Clive’s chat. I closed the door lightly, but that didn’t matter. I turned and jumped at Bradly standing there.
“Oh my gosh! You scared me.” I laughed.
“Sorry! I heard the door and got excited. Can we go play?” He asked.
“Let me change and unwind. Have you had breakfast?” I asked and he shook his head. “There you go! You can eat while I get changed.” I said with a smile.
“Ok!” He ran off and I made my way up stairs. I walked into the bedroom and heard the shower going. I plopped on the bed and laid back. The shower shut off and I pushed myself up with my arms. David emerged in a towel, while using the other to dry his hair.
