I typed up the last of my work. I saved it and sent it appropriately. I started to shut down my computer. “Alright! Are we ready?” David said sitting up. I had a little extra work to do from missing a day, David stayed a little later from a meeting running over. Thankfully he didn’t have to wait long for me to be done. “Let me grab my stuff and we can go.” I said standing up and unplugging my phone. I stuffed it in my purse and turned. David held his arm out and I took it. We walked out into a bare lobby. Everyone had pretty much left for the day but some security guards. They bid David a good day as we head out the door. David was mostly quiet while we walked to my house. We got to the door and I went to use the key pad. There was a note taped over it. We both looked at each other. He reached over and grabbed it. He began reading it out loud. “I guess I missed you.” He read and then looked at me. “Who left it?” I asked. “There’s no name.” David held it up and I recognized the hand writing immediately. “Matt.” I said and David looked at the note. “You’re not staying here.” David said crumbling the note up and quickly entering the code. “Grab as much clothes as you need for a few days.” David said. “A few days? David.” I said and he didn’t respond. He walked in and started opening closets. “What are you doing?” I asked watching him. “I’m looking for your suitcase.” David said quickly. “Hey.” I said softly and David turned. I could see worry on his face. “Things will be fine. You know he’s not a violet person. I don’t think he’s trying to hurt me. Maybe he’s trying to return my car.” I said and David slowly turned the rest of the way. “So you gave him this address?” David said and I suddenly realized why David was so worried. My eyes grew wide and I started upstairs. “My bag is in my closet.” I said getting to my room. I opened the closet and pulled it out. I started grabbing what I could and filling my bag. “I don’t want to stay here any longer then we have to. What else do you need?” David asked. “All my other stuff is at your place. I’m sure I can get by.” I said and David grabbed my bag. I followed him to the door and he slowly opened it. We came out and he looked around. We walked to his car and he opened my door. I got in and he threw the bag in the back. He quickly got in and started the car. “I gotta talk to Will.” David said as we started across town. “Why?” I asked. “Because I can’t go to the Saturday meeting now. What if he shows up beating on all the doors in town? Worse, what if he finds George’s house or the pack house!?” David said slightly frantic. “I’ll message him and ask why and how.” I said and David shook his head. “No, I don’t want you talking to him. He’s just randomly showing up here unannounced? It sounds dangerous Ryan.” David said as he pulled into his drive way. We got out of the car and before I could grab my bag, David was there. “Come on.” He said grabbing my hand and practically dragging me to Will’s house. He knocked on the door and Audra answered after a moment. “Oh, we weren’t expecting you.” Audra said looking between us. “I need to see Will.” David said as he pulled me in. “What’s wrong?” Audra asked. “My ex boyfriend showed up at my house at some point.” I said and David sighed. “You say that so nonchalantly like that’s just ok.” David said. “Yes it’s weird and kinda scary. Which is why I’m staying with you.” I said and David slightly shook his head. “He’s in his usually spot.” Audra said and followed David as he dragged me to the living room. “Will.” David called and Will looked over. “Hey. I don’t think there’s anything more boring then soccer.” Will said and I looked over at him watching some game in a foreign language. “I don’t think I can attend the meeting.” David said. “Oh no. No… NO! I’m not going alone!” Will said. “You made me go alone a few weeks ago!” David snapped back. “Aren’t you glad I did? Because you met Ryan.” Will said gesturing towards me. “Will.” David said in a serious tone. “David dad likes you more. He’s nicer to you and softer on me when you’re there!” Will said. “I can’t leave Ryan alone.” David said and I rolled my eyes. “You act like I can’t take care of myself.” I said slightly annoyed. “Ryan it’s my job to protect you.” David said and I smiled. “And you’re doing so good, I promise.” I said rubbing his chest. I heard Will snicker and could tell David was annoyed. “Listen, I was planning on going to a girls night on Saturday. I can spend the day here and then go there. You can pick me up when you get back.” I said and David sighed. “I don’t know.” David said and Audra spoke up. “She’ll be fine here or at your place. Her ex doesn’t know where you live.” Audra said. “Her ex came to Ironridge!?” Will said. “Yes! We don’t know how he got the address.” David said. “That IS weird.” Will said sitting there thinking. “Yes, I’m worried about it.” David said looking at me. “We’ll tell them we can’t stay long. We’ll be back early.” Will said and David sighed. “Fine.” He said. “Can we go home now?” I asked and David looking at me nodding. We slowly walked and Audra followed us. “Come over Saturday or let me know if you are.” Audra said to me.. “I’ll let you know.” I said as we walked out. We got my bag from the car and head to the door. David unlocked his door and quickly ushered me inside. “I’m not comfortable leaving you here alone on Saturday.” David said walking off towards his living room. “You’re not comfortable with me in your house alone?” I asked following him. “No, I worry he’s going to come and I won’t be here to protect you.” David said quickly turning on his heels. “David I don’t need protecting.” I said and he stared at me. He walked up and grabbed me. He lifted me and held me in his arms. “See how easy it was to just take you?” David said and I sighed. “Well I didn’t struggle because it’s you.” I said slightly annoyed and he put me down. “Oh?” David said as I fixed my clothes. David grabbed me and held me close against him in a bear hug. I struggled a bit and then stopped and stared at him. “That’s what I thought.” David said as we looked at each other. Soon his lips were on mine and his gripped eased up. I nipped at his lower lip and soon our kiss had become more passionate. David’s tongue moved quickly, almost desperately. David moved back and lifted me up again. “Am I supposed to struggle?” I whispered in his ear as I laid kissed down his neck. David groaned as he made his way up the stairs. I started to unbutton his shirt as we made our way to his room. He stopped outside the door to his room as we kissed again. I reached down opening the door and David kicked it open the rest of the way. He tossed me onto the bed and climbed over me. He kissed my neck as he pushed my skirt up. He quickly pulled my panties off in one swift motion. David sat up and quickly undid his belt. He pushed his pants down enough so he was exposed. David’s lips met mine again as he entered me. His rhythm was quick and hard instantly. I couldn’t contain my moans as he pound into me. I could already feel myself ready to c****x. I held onto David as he continued. “Oh f*ck!” I yelled out as the pleasure whipped over me. He didn’t slow down as our bodies slapped together over and over. My body was building again as I felt his mouth sucking my neck hard. This time when I came David followed. He moaned as he pushed into. I was breathing heavy just laying there with my eyes closed as David laid kissed around my face and neck. I tried to catch my breath. David moved and laid next to me. “Damn.” I breathed out trying to grasp the moment. “Now I’m definitely not going.” David said.
