We walked into the pizza joint and grabbed a both by the back of the building "soooo, Amy I guess I have a question, with all of your cheer-leading I was kind of wondering if you knew or had ever talked to any of the cheerleaders of the football players from ummm I don't know Drake High school? "  I asked cautiously watching Eleanor ask I asked . Amy looked at me over the menu raising her eyebrow " um , No!" " have you lost your mind !, you know that we don't talk to a rival school and definitely not with DRAKE!" she looked completely offended by the question. Eleanor looked like she was not sure what the issue was . " yikes , it was just a question Amy, you don't have to bite my head off about it" I was a little put off from her reaction but decided I was still going to mention the situation at the sushi restaurant from lunch. "alright Amy here is the deal, I wanted to ask you if you knew this guy i kind of met , well not met but had a weird interaction with him " Amy definitely looked interested 

I glanced at Eleanor to see if she thought if it was a good idea to tell Amy about the guy and the cheerleaders , she just looked back at me like she did not know what to either, so not helpful.  " so today when I went to that sushi place by the school  I had the weirdest thing ever there were cheerleaders at the restaurant and they actually held the door and did not say anything super snarky when i bumped on of them, the weirdest part is the guy that they were with, I dunno I had the weirdest feeling it was almost  like feeling drawn to him, the stranger thing was it was like he had the same feeling to me except he was not happy about the situation at all" I glanced up from the table at Amy as I finished explaining what happened , she was staring at me like she had no idea what she should say or think about the entire situation , " Amy do you even know why we are not supposed to talk to Drake kids or what exactly happened to make them be a rival pack? the only thing I have ever heard was just not to talk to them and that we are supposed to not like them but I have no idea why that is do you?' I asked my sister . " ummm well first of all I might have a idea of who that guy is , what exactly does he look like ?" I had to think only for a minute his face was burned into my memory and I instantly had a feeling of needing to see him again. " he has the most beautiful skin tone its like when we used to go to the beach and get tan but almost a little darker and it was just his color not a tan, and um he had the prettiest blue green eyes with dark brown hair that styled in a super messy look but like he had it styled messy on purpose " I realized that I had gone into more details then i even realized I was going to. Amy was looking like she was more in her head considering what i had just told her. " So I am pretty sure that is Drakes quarter back Haden"  Amy looked a little worried and had started biting her lip . " okay so you have seen him before " I pushed . "Yea , so the thing is he is supposed to be the new alpha of his pack once he finds his mate" 

    That was interesting , I had started getting fidgety when talking to Amy about this guy Haden, hmmm  I rolled his name around in my head , for whatever reason the more I thought about him the more I had the urge that I needed to see him. Eleanor looked like she was considering the whole situation as well and had focused on the menu , I looked down and started tearing a napkin into tiny pieces . " well I am sure it is nothing , I doubt the pull means anything , and it's not like I am going to actually talk to him again" the thought of not talking to him mad me extremely upset and almost distraught . I did not really understand where this was coming from , Its not like I had even ever spoken to him I did not know him , it was super confusing , Eleanor finally looked up from the menu and looked at both me and Amy " you guys don't think that pulling feeling could be anything to do with a mate bond? I mean I have the exact same feeling to Roger I don't know it seems kind of odd that both of us would have the same feeling to two different people at two different times . I don't know it was just a thought I was having " She trailed off. Amy looked like she was having the same thought process , " Tina you do know that we are playing Drake tonight right?"  she added ," Roger mentioned it to me when we were talking , he was saying something about it being a super important game for them because it is Drake," Amy looked like she had already known this , well obviously she knew that it was going to be the Drake game she was a friggen cheerleader , I raised my eyebrows at her, 

    Amy had started looking a little uncomfortable when we both looked at her expecting her to say something about the fact she had not bothered to mention the game , I was starving and grabbed a slice of pizza that Eleanor had ordered when she had been talking to Amy, "ok since you both let me know that you had that feeling about guys I might as well mention that I was having the same feeling too, I mean that it is a little odd that we would all have the same feeling" Amy mentioning that she had the same feeling instantly had my attention , not only was it odd that she would have the same feeling as me and Eleanor but the fact that she was actually sharing with us that she was interested in a guy we had not really shared anything like this forever, "who are you having the feeling for?" I was not really expecting Amy to answer and end up going back to her snotty personality and say it was not any of my business , " its actually Zeb"  she said quietly , "Zeb? ! as in Rogers best friend and beta ? as in the guy who has been asking you out for months and you not wanting to give a chance to Amy?"  that was the last thing that I had expected, Eleanor looked amused that she had blown off the guy that she now had feelings towards, it was kind of funny . "Amy you don't think that we should try to figure out what this is, I mean it has to do something with our mates right? I mean its just to odd that we all have the same feelings and that we are right at the age to find our mate "  you don't have any friends who have found their mates yet?  Amy looked upset, " well yea, but I have not asked anyone about anything like that , its embarrassing so I kind of let them think that I am seeing someone , I can't let them know that i have not found my mate or that I have no idea what I am even looking for" Amy was looking down at the speckled table top and was picking at her slice of pizza that she had not  even touched yet. " you know how they are Tina, they are not the nicest group of people in the world, especially if you are from our family people love to judge us for everything, you know that better then anyone Tina"  she shrugged her shoulders and looked kind of guilty as she finished the last part of her sentence . 

    I looked at my phone to see that we had been sitting here for 45 minutes and were going to have to hurry the heck up to get ready for the game . " ok we definitely are going to have to get going if we are wanting to look cute or you guys are going to look cute I am probably going to look close to normal." we started packing up our stuff and Amy walked up to the counter to ask for a box to take the rest of the pizza to Eleanor's house . " so are you going to call Emily to come over or just pretend like we forgot about her?" I asked her, Eleanor looked at me amused " wow Tina you really need to work on your subtly of not liking people, Nah I am having a good time if she calls Ill invite her but it did not really seem like she was that interested in hanging out with us" she was definitely amused by my question, I tugged at the hem of my shirt, " I am super nervous El , I just have this feeling that if Haden is my mate he is not going to want someone like me," I said glumly. " don't get down yet Tina , you have not even spoken to him yet, you never know what he is like , maybe he is going to be a great guy, who knows ," I some how highly doubted that was the case after the look he had given me , Amy walked up to us carrying the box of out left over pizza  " you guys ready to get pretty? " she asked while heading out the door not really I thought but followed after her and Eleanor .
