Public Monitoring Commission Despite the total mayhem in the Russian Federation there are still some human rights organizations that fight for human rights. Well, they fight... mainly, they monitor the chaos and cannot change anything for a large part of the enslaved population of this huge country. Nevertheless, rules always have exceptions.
