Halfway down the hall, Sylvia suddenly noticed Bryan was still holding her hand. “Uh, your hand—” “Oh, sorry.” Bryan quickly let go, but his gaze lingered on her, soft and thoughtful. When Sylvia glanced back at him, he quickly snapped out of his daze and awkwardly shifted the conversation. "The school is hosting a play festival soon. What role are you playing?" “I haven’t drawn my role yet, so I’m not sure,” Sylvia replied. “What about you?” “I’m the Prince,” Bryan said casually. “That’s fitting. I’m sure you’ll do great,” Sylvia said with a small smile. The bell rang, signaling the start of class. “I’ve got to go. See you later,” she said. “Yeah, see you.” Even after she walked away, Bryan couldn’t help but steal a few more glances, memorizing her silhouette until she disappeared
