Chapter Thirty-Nine
The next day I rented four excavators to dig four different holes for four new rooms to add to our underground bunker. I already had three new volunteers to used the spare three while I used the fourth, while several other pack members began digging the hallways that would lead from one room to the next. By the time we were done I was hoping to basically have an entire underground home built. One large enough to fit the entire pack plus some. I even had a plan to add more small rooms leading off the larger rooms to give the members of the pack their own private space. Of course, I would need more volunteers to help me but I was sure I wouldn’t have a problem with it once I explained my plans.
