We got home after my appointment to find Devon waiting for me. My heart fluttered at the sight of him.
"Hi, how did the appointment go?" he asks as i get out of the car. "uhm, Good actually." i say back and see my mom eyeing me as she unlocks her door to head inside. "That's good because i was wondering if you wanted to go for a run with me?"
Gemma's ears perk up at this because i haven't let her out for a run since before we escaped because i was to weak.
