Khollaran Pentilican Markenos was a promising young student in the city of Ramon Tor. He excelled in all areas of the magical arts, was prolific in rune construction, and even developed new forms that his instructors had never seen before, that often worked better than many of the long used constructs.
Ramon Tor was a beautiful city, created by the Nordae Grandia, in the fertile Emerald Fields along the lower Estonan River. The river wound its way through the rolling hills well south of its source in Lake Estonan, and the wizards had lived here for centuries in this idyllic setting.
