I was reading the same paragraph for the last few minutes because it seems like I couldn't understand what was written there.
I was surprised when someone placed a pile of books in front of me making me glared at Luke.
"You're still on the same page?" Luke said making me looked dumb.
"So? Got a problem with that?" I frowned and glared at him.
We're in the library and I kept on looking at Rain who was a few tables away from us because I was watching if Carstenser would do something to Rain. I would stand on my chair and kick Carstenser if he touches Rain or attempts to do something.
I even caught him giving Rain some nasty looks.
"Yes because it's getting late and I need to go." Luke said and shove the books to me. "You read that because I've done my part." He raised a paper
