“We can’t seem to catch one break, not one can we?” Maika says looking at Dom, feeling anxious and overwhelmed.
“I know. Lets go check in with the girls and our pups, get them to safety. Buck up man. All is meant to happen as it is. We may not understand it all, but trust that all of this is happening because we were fated to withstand it. We were blessed with Makana because we are strong and kind amongst other things. We were picked to stand by her. Now, lets go.” Dom will be damned if he allows trivial matters stand in his way and see his future threatened.
