The air felt heavier than usual as Lila walked into school the next morning. She knew today would be different. The evidence they had gathered was enough — it was time to face the truth.

After classes, Lila and Aiden headed to the science lab, their footsteps echoing in the quiet corridor. The room looked ordinary, but both of them knew what secrets it held.

“They’ll be here,” Aiden said softly, scanning the room.

Lila took a deep breath and stepped forward. “We know what you’ve been doing — the altered grades, the fake attendance records, the secret meetings. It stops now.”

The students exchanged uneasy glances. One of them tried to laugh it off, but the confidence in their eyes was gone.

“You don’t understand,” one of them muttered. “We just wanted to stay ahead… we didn’t think it would go this far.”

Aiden’s voice was calm but firm. “Then it’s time to fix it. Own up and make it right.”
