Sitting where I am seated now, I reflect on everything that has happened and changed since I first came to this spot.
The first time I came here was to accompany my best friend, Karime, and her father, Elder Kane. We had come to have a peaceful discussion with the new Alpha of the Yellow Moon Pack. Peaceful discussion about Kari and I trespassing on their lands and snooping around, all thanks to Kari, who was always finding new ways of getting us killed. That day we left here in the custody of the wolves, or dogs as we used to call them.
Now I am sitting on the side of the “dogs” alongside my mate.
