Seraphina took a deep breath as Coraline and Joel escorted her to where Drystan was waiting for her with the rest of the court.
Her fingers were fidgeting with the ruby ring on her finger. Coraline noticed this and smiled at her.
"Relax, Phina." She said in a gentle voice, "it will be brilliant. This plan of yours is truly a good one to show the people that you all care. They will see this gesture as your affection towards them."
Joel nodded his head, "and besides, with how pretty you look, I don't think they will be able to resist." He said nudging her with his shoulder playfully.
She chuckled at that, giving them a nervous smile, she then nodded her head. "I hope that you both are right. Because I don't want this to backfire at us."
