Chapter SeventeenWe hurried to climb over the cemetery wall as fast as we could, although I’m sure it would have gone much quicker if Zoe hadn’t been fussing over me. She practically tried to carry me over as if she thought I might trip and fall. No doubt she was worried about my clumsiness killing me all over again.
It was kind of sweet but also a little annoying. I was pretty sure that the Goddess hadn’t resurrected me just for me to go out all over again, falling over a cemetery wall.
