I CLENCHED MY jaw until I almost cracked a tooth when I suddenly remembered the hellish past I had to go through because of how damned my life was. Lately, tuwing naiisip ko ang agreement namin ni Ian ay hindi ko rin maiwasang maisip ang lahat ng paghihirap na dinanas ko. This made making a decision harder for me. Tulad ni Ian, Malcolm saved me, too. I was in a worse situation then, but he ignored my past. Like it wasn’t what would defined me as person, or as a woman. Paano ko naman magagawang saktan ang nagbigay sa `kin ng lahat ng mayroon ako ngayon? Ng pangalawang pagkakataon? But of course, there’s still Ian. Ayoko siyang biguin.
