ALPHA KING'S DOMINENT MATE

INTRODUCTION

I wake up in the morning due to the commotion going on outside. I immediately checked my phone to realize that I was late. I quickly do my morning routines and get ready for the day. Before I go out, allow me to introduce myself. I am Merlyn, a werewolf and, lowest of all, an omega. It’s not that I don’t like to be an omega, it’s just that others think that omegas are easy to prey and they have the right to abuse them. Well, I am not easy to bully. I am the only omega who can talk to our pack's alpha Denial directly. No other omega from any pack does that. That’s what I was told.

As I went out, I saw Alpha Denial watching over how the preparations were going on. This is the main house of our pack where Alpha and his family live. I do not belong to the main house, but due to an event, alpha ordered me to stay back last night. Alpha told me to get up a little early but I was almost an hour later than my usual time. I went to Alpha to greet him.

“Good Morning, Alpha”, Keeping my eyes down and hands behind my back, I greeted him. This I how the omegas talk to an alpha or beta in our pack or maybe in other packs as well.

“You are late”, without even looking at me, he replied. At that moment, I cursed Bella in my mind because I was late because of her. Bella is my Wolf’s name. What happened is that I went out last night but when I was returning home she didn’t come out. Because of that, I had to walk almost three hours to reach the main house. Because of tiredness, I got up late.

“Forgive me, Alpha, it won’t happen again” I replied.

“It shouldn’t be,” he said in an authoritative tone, looking at me.

“Yes my Alpha” I replied.

“Now get back to work.” With that sentence, he dismissed me.

I got kitchen duties so I went to check how all the preparations were going. After that, I made a bread omelet for my breakfast. But before I could get a bite, someone entered the kitchen who didn’t like me. There are people who make my life really bad. One is 1st, my parents and 2nd, Luna Kelly. Luna Kelly doesn’t like me because before our Alpha found out that Kally was her mate, everyone in the pack thought that I was going to be his mate. I never felt that power an alpha emits when he is around, which makes them accept him as their alpha. They said that it was because I was his future Luna, but their theory was proved wrong when the alpha marked someone else as his mate, but I am still normal around the alpha. That’s why Luna Kelly hates me. She has insecurities about me.

“I think Alpha told you to get back to work and you should get back to eating. You have the guts to disobey a direct order from the alpha”, she said with a mocking smirk.

“Apologies my Luna. I didn’t mean to disobey Alpha or anyone. Before making my breakfast, I checked that everything in the kitchen was going on as planned. I haven’t had any food in the last two days as you told me. So I thought I could eat something today”, I replied keeping my eyes down and hands behind my back.

“I didn’t say, I punished you because you deserved it as you do now arguing with your Luna, so you are not going to eat until this event gets completed properly,” she said.

I really don’t care about her, but if I disrespected her I would be disrespecting alpha, which I don’t want, and she is just trying to find a reason to kick me out of this house or this pack if she can and I don’t want to give her any reason to do that. So I replied

“Yes my Luna” and I could feel her smirk disappear as she expected me to argue.

“So get back to work, and make me a coffee,” she said with frustration clear in her voice and I felt so good imagining her frustrated face. With that she get back to her room and i get back to my work. And for the rest of the day she didn't disturbed me or picked on me as she is busy in getting ready. Even she didn't want to waste a minute on me today as she is busy getting ready for welcome the Alpha King Maverick.
