PART V-THINGS FALL APART

The following day i woke up i found myself on my bed, wondering what happened last night. I consumed alcohol for the very first time and it didn't feel good. My head felt like it was spinning completely and i couldn't tell my mom about this or else she'd flip knowing i drunk last night. Then I realised that I had completely forgotten about Fernanda. I promised myself I'd wait for her but then I got enticed by Anita's extensive beauty.For two hours i sat in the hall wandering what to do from there. I needed to get my mind of the whole GIRL topic. I went from an absolute valedictorian in all fields to yearning for the love of a girl who left me hanging on our first encounter ?. She always looked like the kinda person who'd enjoy talking with a nerd like me, since she was sort of one. Rumour in the school has it that when she was first enrolled in the school, Jordan told her he was interested in her and she got played ?. From then she barely spoke to boys.The next day when I got to school, Mr Walters, the chemistry teacher caused a massive fire in the chemistry laboratory that it left everyone in terror. The fire fighters were told some students were still stuck in the laboratory, of which Fernanda was one of them. My heart skipped a beat after hearing that. When no one was looking i quickly zoomed in to try and save the girl of my dreams.I always watched a lot of movies like Fast and furious, and many others, so I thought this was the time to put my knowledge of Vin Deisel into full use. When I got there, i noticed they had converged at the door, which didn't seem to open. I quickly broke open the door and everyone started swarming out of the place like bees.. but wait...it was Fernanda. She looked drowsy and unfortunately she fell to the ground. The head of the fire fighters commended the great bravery i displayed. But Fernanda still wasn't waking up. The ambulance line wasn't going through and something had to be done quickly. Gabby, looking puzzled said: "SOMEONE GIVE HER CPR". The whole crowd went silent. It was surprising how not even a single teacher could be seen in the crowd...some teachers we have ?. None of the guys felt like doing it cuz they didn't know how to. This was my chance to save her and gain her trust. Well yhh, i did it, and she immediately gained consciousness gasping for air. She was helped up to her feet by Gabby, and the next thing I knew, I was slapped hard on the cheek by a rather angry Fernanda ???. What's this she was doing??..."HOW DARE YOU KISS ME,YOU OPPORTUNIST...I KNEW YOU PLANNED THIS, JUST SO YOU COULD KISS ME, HUH, I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS. I HATE YOU, HONESTLY. " In front of over 60 students i was humiliated for trying to save her life. My heart was crushed.Ava and Gabby tried to reason with her that I only did that to save her...and besides no one was willing to take that step.Fernanda actually thought I was trying to take advantage of the situation.Woww!!! Really, now u tell me what I should do, my crush sort of hates me now and everyone kinda seems to believe I'd do something like that. Really wasn't the type of day i was expecting.....??????
