The early morning light barely bright enough to warm the earth peeks through the curtains of my at-the-moment bedroom. I c***k a lid, my gaze blurred until finally it focuses on the slow movement of the light white curtains as the current drifts through the open windows. I nestle deeper into the warm cozy blankets, sighing in content. The tranquility lasted all of ten more minutes. Kario bursts through the door scaring me right out of my wits. My pulse beats wildly as I let out a string of curse very unbefitting of a princess or anyone of noble birth. Kario takes one look at my features and bursts into a fit of laughter that fills the room. If looks could kill, Kario would no longer be breathing. “You know, it's very rude to enter a lady’s bedchambers uninvited and at the c***k of dawn.”
