"What are you doing here, Eric?" Al asks with his eyes narrowed and brow furrowed as if he is annoyed.
"What else? Aren't we eating barbeque?" answer the guy sitting across from him. He is none other than the one I met at the back of the building, who claims to be Al's best friend. Even so, judging from the tone they are conversing and Al's expression, I don't think the term 'best friend' really suits their relationship. It confused me somehow about what is going on between these two.
Nevertheless, it is more confusing about why I am here, in the barbeque restaurant next to our school, with them, Mia and Su.
