Now that the countries have become more prosperous, there is really no need for people to go astray.

Darui might be the current Raikage now, but Ay knows that their village can accomplish more than just having the other four Kages in good terms. Because now that they are in the pretense of peace, Ay finally has a chance to gain more power beyond this. Imagine what they could have achieved if they just seek out the opportunity. Though as much as Ay would like to engage in this mission, he knows better than to share his real opinions and thoughts to the Fifth Raikage. The young lad is too ensnared by the peace treaty, too blinded by the so called “friendship” that these people offer.

Ay knows what he wants and has plans to get it. He knows that this will not be easy, but with just enough patient and motivation, he might actually realize his goal, especially in obtaining Konohagakure. The Hidden Leaf Village possesses great resources and possibly some of the best ninjas out there. Their village houses great clans that has been deeply rooted in history, some of them even originated from the descendants of Kaguya Ootsutsuki herself. If he can somehow gain control of this village, it will become a great advantage to his people. Having Leaf in his hands means he will be just one step ahead to possibly conquering the world, and he can not just let an opportunity such as this slides away.

He wants to destroy the system in Konohagakure and build it from scratch under his authority. When that happens, the other villages will grow wary and perhaps going as far as to distrust each other. They will then realize that peace can not be maintained for long. They will know his name, and they will fear him. Pain might have been the only one who has truly pummelled everything in Konohagakure to the ground, but he will be the one who owns The Hidden Leaf.

The Fourth Raikage is still contemplating which stage of plan he should enact first, before the words about sending out an ambassador to Konohagakure reaches his ears. It is from one of those meetings Darui hold with the village elders that Ay finally sees an open chance for him to begin is long arranged and careful planning. If he can convince the young lad to appoint him as the ambassador to represent Kumogakure, he will finally have a good enough reason to stay in that village for a long period of time, enough for him to do what he plans to do in there.

Over these past few years, he has been trying to reach out to his contacts in order to find out if there are any interested from within the walls of Konohagakure. The Fourth is planning to recruit as many kunoichis as possible, from both Kumogakure and the Hidden Leaf. The more female ninja he can gather, the higher is his chances of actually conquering and destroying the village. His targets, to reach out a small fraction that still believes in the old war and power motives. He knows that there still exist a number of people who do not agree with the peace treaty, and he tends to use them to his advantage.

At the moment, he has managed to recruit a number of Konoha’s kunoichis, though the number is still a far cry from his goal. His troop in consist of Cloud’s kunoichis mostly, with a ratio of one to four, the one being the comparison for the members of his kunoichis who reside in the Hidden Leaf. If he can get his hands on his position as the ambassador, imagine how many people he can actually enlist.

It was not easy, but Ay manages to not only fool Darui right before his eyes, but he is now able to access the official areas of Konoha. Currently, he is in the Hokage’s office, having a “meeting” with Tsunade, if one can address this as such.
