"Can't you stay a day longer?" I held onto Elena, with a pleading look. Today had been a fun one at the office all thanks to her. The HR had even joked about hiring her if she was looking for a job, but Elena had turned down the offer.
"I have to go now, I've barely unpacked and I have to clean up my room." She replied.
"No," I shook my head, not willing to let her leave. The house was going to be hella boring without her. "I can always help you clean, or better still move in with me." I suggested.
