Leave me alone

1079 Words
“She couldn’t be dead right?” said Tinsley, Violet’s chubby gay cousin. It was in the same class as her. It hated Alice more, for being pretty and skinny.   “If she is, then it should be all over the news by now,” she said. “And besides, we never released the video. So, we have no associations with it, if ever the police would ask questions.”   “But why is she bothering us like this?” Keisha was not only paranoid. She knew it won’t only end on an apparition.   “She wants us to regret everything we did to her, and maybe we all should.” Mar-jay, who has the same built as Tinsley. Both being gay, was always teased to be like twin brothers. Had Its eye pointing towards the direction of the classroom window.   “What is it?” Violet asked. Both Keisha and Tinsley were already staring in the same direction.   Alice’s eyes were basically furious while it stared back at them. But what’s even more frightening is that its face suggests that it’s slowly been rotting up to this day.   “What do you want from us?” Why are you doing this?” Violet started shouting like crazy standing up.   Everyone was crept up with her sudden behavior that they all started to leave the room. Besides Keisha, Mar-jay, and Tinsley. Who was seeing it as well.   “What’s happening here?”Eulo was the first to arrive there at Violet’s classroom. He was known as the captain of the Rugby team at school. It fancied Alice before, but the latter had other interests. And that led to it bullying Alice instead.   Followed by Violet’s boyfriend, Wacko. A tall black guy with poking eyes. It looked more like a koala, only that the animal is way cuter. Followed by Chigs and Rupert. Both Tinsley and Mar-jay’s boy toys. Keisha was the only single person in the group. It has the biggest crush on Eulo. And by preferring Alice instead, Keisha decided to hate her as well.   “Can’t you see her? She’s right there. And she’s laughing like a demon right now.” Keisha was already crying. So was Tinsley, who was despite its size is actually a cry baby. Mar-jay on the other hand decided to just close its eyes in order to not see. Yet, Alice’s chilling laugh could still be heard despite their efforts.   “Make her stop!” Violet said covering her ears.  Wacko, its boyfriend didn’t know what else to do. No one else can see anything at the moment besides the four of them.   Not even the boys can tell where Alice is right at that moment.   Even after getting home and hiding under the blanket didn’t do Violet any good either.   She can still hear Alice’s laugh. Like it was just beside her ear.   She began screaming relentlessly. Thus, alerting her parents outside of her room. Trying to open the door. But it won’t.   “Mom, Dad, help me,” she started running towards the door. But it was somehow locked on both sides.  Alice’s frightening laugh was starting to get close as she tries to turn the knob open.   “Do you remember what you told me before?” her hand froze at the voice she heard from behind her.   “Alice?”   Its face showed up at her shoulder. And it scared the hell out of her. For it was the most frightening thing she had ever laid eyes on. Its skin was almost falling off from its flesh. And it gave a rotten smell of death around her.   She chose to close her eyes instead. And tried to hold her scream.   “You said you had friends and I don’t. And that you pitied me for that.” even its voice sounded like it just came out from the grave.   “Please, please, I’m so sorry.”   She was sniffing and crying with her eyes fully shut. She can still hear her parents from outside the room calling her out.   “Come on, honey, open the door.” said his Dad.   “I’ll call the police,” she can hear her mother's footsteps slowly fading from her door.     “Where are they now, when you needed them the most?” she can picture Alice’s horrifying smile on her head. “But don’t worry, I’ll make sure they’ll be joining you there soon enough.”   “Here’s the key,” said Violet’s mother to its spouse. But even before they can put the key onto the keyhole. Violet’s screams already filled the air. As a loud banging on the door followed.   Soon enough, blood spilled under the closed door. Both gasped as they saw their daughter lying lifeless on the floor with a cracked forehead. And a terrified look on its face. Like it just saw a ghost of someone. Or something more terrifying than that.     Meanwhile,   A vision of a person dying from a ghost’s wrath had entered Karma’s head. He was still staring at the black image of a woman upstairs. When the smirk seemed to clear on its lips. Though she still couldn’t see the full look of its face.   The dark image started to walk towards the direction of Mrs. Torres's nephew’s room.     “Why what’s wrong? Are you seeing something else?” She began nodding and pointing at the room upstairs.   “It went there.”   Mrs. Benz suddenly covered her mouth.   “That’s my daughter’s room.”   “Let’s go upstairs,” said her Teacher. She can feel how it tried its best not to get scared. So she took the lead instead.   “Just try and stay behind me. We’re not sure yet if this spirit is your family or a dangerous entity.”   The two middle-aged women agreed to her request. And was careful not to make sudden movements that will alert the dark spirit lurking in the room.   Karma was the first to enter the room. A chilling breeze welcomed her as a creepy voice of someone passed her ear.   “Get out,” it was rather low but full of anger.   She turned to the two elder woman behind her.   “Stay here,” that’s all and she took another step inside.   “I said leave me alone!” A loud voice was interpreted by a strong wind that closed the door from behind her, as she entered the room.
