The Dragon King's Mortal Bride

Chapter 5

“ you are all welcome to the holy matrimony of Williams and Bianca. Before we proceed is there anyone who is against the joining of these two as husband and wife speak now or forever hold your peace.” the priest declared.

The auditorium was silent for some minutes.

“ Since no one has said anything let's begin. Williams do you take Bianca to be your loving wife to have and to hold till death do you part?” the priest asked.

“ Yes I do.” Williams answered confidently.

“ Bianca do you take Williams to be your loving husband to have and to hold till death do you part?” the priest asked her.

Bianca was silent for a while. The guests had started murmuring already.

“ Bianca I ask again, do you take Williams to be your loving husband to have and to hold till death do you part?”

The priest asked again.

She let out a sigh and spoke

“ I do.” in a soft voice.

Williams felt a kind of wave of relief inside of him. For a moment she got him when she was slow to reply.

“ with the power invested in me I declare you as husband and wife. You may now kiss your bride.” the priest said to them.

Bianca didn't know what to. She hasn't kissed anyone yet so she didn't know what to do. Williams noticed she was feeling uneasy. He held her face and pulled her in for a quick kiss on her lips then he pulled out.

The audience behind them stood up and clapped. Some where shouting and making whistling sounds.

Bianca couldn't help but blush for just the quick kiss. She turned to look at Iris who was smiling brightly at her and clapping also. She was happy her only friend was happy for her. It really mattered to her.

She and Williams walked out of the hall to take some pictures before heading to the reception ground.

The reception was full of dance,eat, drink, talks and all. Williams showed her around to introduce her to some important guests. His hand was always on her waist holding her close to him.

Bianca was so tired. She excuse herself and went to sit down to rest. Iris joined her shortly and the both of them started talking at least she didn't feel lonely.

They were laughing about something when four young ladies walked to them. Bianca noticed they looked very classy and rich because of their fashion.

“ I can see you are having so much fun right now. Well just came to warn you to enjoy it while it lasts because the king is mine and I'm going to get him soon.” the leader said to Bianca and together with her minions, they left.

Bianca was confused at first. She didn't know who the lady was referring to as a king. She was still confused when it hit her. She connected two together and couldn't help but notice they were actually referring to Williams.

She knew from his appearance and attitude he was someone who was very powerful and the fact that Iris keeps calling him master and bowing to him was also suspicious.

‘ Was he really a king as the girl earlier said?’ Bianca thought to herself

“ Bianca don't mind her. She's known to be so obsessed with our master. She had always wanted to marry him for his wealth and fame. Don't let her get to you. But if she continues to bother you, don't hesitate to tell me or the master alright.” Iris said to her friend when she noticed her spacing out.

Bianca sent her a smile relaxing a little bit.

Shortly after, Williams walked to them and asked her to dance with him. She wanted to refuse but he insisted and everyone were cheering for them. She bad no other choice but to accept his hand and sat up. They walked to the dance floor. As they were facing each other, she felt his hand held her waist and pushed her to him making them stand very close to each other. She dropped her hands on his shoulders and his hands were still on her waist as they began to move to the sound of the music slowly.

Williams couldn't stop staring at his beautiful wife. Finally she is his. He felt something he had never felt before; complete. He had been waiting for her for years and now that he has finally found her there is no way his going to let her go.

As they were dancing, he couldn't help but stare at her beautiful face. He noticed she will look at him and quickly turn her eyes away when she sees his also looking at her. Even under her makeup he could tell she was blushing. He decided to tease her the more. He bent his head to the side of her head then whispered into her ear

“ You can look at your husband for as long as you want. This handsome face belongs to only you so don't be shy and look into my eyes love.”

Bianca couldn't help herself as she turned red when he said those words to her. She also felt tingles in her stomach the moment he called her love. She slowly raised her head to look at him.

They continued dancing slowly staring at each other without saying a word. They looked so perfect together. They forgot about the people around them and focused on theirselves only.

As Bianca was staring into his eyes, she made a vow to always respect and love Williams for he is right now her husband. She promised in my inner mind to be a proper wife to him.

One by one, people joined them in the dance floor as they all danced together.

After they were done dancing, Williams thanked everyone for coming and announced the party was over. One after the other people began to leave. Some presented gifts to them.

It was time for Bianca and Williams to leave also. He held her waist again and led her to a beautiful car then he opened the door for her to enter. When Bianca entered the car noticed the driver was the same man who stood in as his groom's man. Williams joined her at the back seat then closed the door before the driver took off.

The ride home was a silent one. No word was shared among the two of them till they got home.

When the car stopped moving, Williams dropped from the car first and stood by the side waiting for his bride to get down also. When she was out, he held her hand and led her inside.

“ Welcome to your new home Bianca. Your now the owner of this house since your the queen of the house. Feel relaxed and you can do whatever you want. Alright?” Williams said to her as he led her upstairs to their room.

“ Thank you” Bianca said to him softly.

They both entered the room and Bianca was so became pale when she saw the room.

The bed was filled with red petals. The whole room was scenting thanks to the oil candle that was burning. The place looked so romantic.

It never occurred to her that she will spend her first night with him together. She didn't know much about s*x because she hasn't done it yet she only know about kissing and a little romance through the TV shows she usually sneaks to watch when Aunt Caroline wasn't around. She remembered watching in a movie a scene of wedding night.

She was still looking at the room lost in her own thoughts to remember that she wasn't alone. Williams was carefully observing her. He noticed from her body language that she wasn't prepared. He could tell from how she was looking that she might not know much about s*x.

He cleared his throat to get her attention

“ you can go ahead and change your dress so we can sleep. We really had a hell of a busy day and we need rest.” he said to her.

“ alright” she replied and left to the wardrobe to change into her pajamas.

She couldn't help but feel relieved when he said they will only sleep. She tried to pull down the zip of her dress but it was difficult for her. She didn't know what to do. She kept on trying but she couldn't.

She stood for some minutes thinking whether to call her husband for help or not. She decided to call him instead because he told her to always call for help anytime she needed one.

She opened the door and was surprised to see the bed was clean with no petals on it again. Williams had already gotten rid of them.

“ why haven't you changed yet?” he asked her

“ sorry I need your help. Got a little situation with my zip.” she said softly.

Williams stood up from the bed and walked to her. She turned around so he could see the zip. He pulled the zip down slowly which was making her feel hot inside. She was about to walk away when she felt his lips on my back. He kissed her back and left like nothing just happened.

She was shocked to move. She snapped out when she noticed she had been standing like a coward. She quickly rushed into the wardrobe with her red face. She quickly removed her wedding dress then wore a comfortable pajamas. She joined Williams who was reading a book on the bed. She turned to her direction as she was waiting for sleep to come but she couldn't sleep. She didn't know why sleep had refused to come.

She laid down quietly not moving or saying anything.

Williams knew she was awake but he still asked

“ Are you awake?”

“yes” she said.

“ are you also finding it difficult to sleep?” he asked her.

She turned to his direction so she could see him.

“ so you also can't sleep? I wonder why we can't sleep” she asked looking confused.

“ well I think it's because of the wedding and all don't you think.” he answered.

“ I badly need to sleep I'm so exhausted and need sleep. I just hope to sleep soon.” she said

He closed the book he was reading then dropped it on the table beside the bed. He laid down pulling her close to him.

“ From now henceforth I don't want you to be sleeping far away from me. I want you close to me” he said to her.

Bianca dropped her head down trying to hide her red cheeks.

He raised her head to look at him

“ don't hide away from me. Your beautiful when you blush always remember that.”

She gave him a smile that made him feel warm inside.

Bianca decided it was time to ask him about the question that had been bothering her.

“ Williams earlier at the reception, a lady came to me claiming to belong to you and also she said you were a king. What does she mean by that?” she asked

“ who said that to you?” he asked.

“ I don't know her.”

“ well she's lying to you. I belong to no one except my wife and that's you.” he said to her making her relax.

“ but what about you being a King? she was joking right? Your not some King or ring leader or Mafia don right?” she asked.

“ no Bianca am not a Mafia don or ring leader but it's true I am a King” he answered her.

“ I am a dragon king and you my dear are my queen.”
