I had just stepped out of my room to smell the nice scent of food from the dinning room, Alfred walked out of the kitchen with more plates in his hand like he was preparing for a feast. As if he had heard my stomach grumbling but knew I wasn’t ready to step out yet, until late in the night that I felt the need to step out. Once he saw me, he paused, “I had expected you a few minutes later” he stated dropping the plates on the table. “I can go back to my room” I teased and he just smiled. I walked down the stairs to the table, “what is the event?” Bringing to his attention how lavishly the table was kept. “None, you haven’t eaten anything all day and after what had happened yesterday, I feel you need to pick up your strength.” He says.
