Inside the huge bedroom, Lisa was sitting close to Alpha Ryker who was unconscious and being examined by the pack's physician.
The man withdrew from checking his pulse and he arranged his equipment. "Luna, I'm afraid the alpha has been poisoned with a very strong elixir from the poison clan. He might not recover soon if he doesn't get the antidote." The physician explained.
Lisa looked at Ryker whose face was turning pale, she noticed the dark spiral lines which appeared near his neck. Lisa moved closer and she pulled open his shirt.
To her greatest surprise, the poison had already spread to most parts of his body. Lisa was frightened, she didn't want to lose Ryker even though she had a grudge against him.
He might be the one who wants her to die, she didn't want any of that for him.
