~ After two weeks ~
The pack meeting…
Ryker was on his seat as usual, addressing the issues brought to his desk. The atmosphere was calm since no one had gotten on his nerves since the meeting started.
Ryker's only thoughts were on Lisa and how she was doing. He promised to be by her side at all times in order to protect her from harm and he couldn't imagine staying away from her for a second.
Before leaving the pack house, he'd surrounded her bedroom with several bodyguards and also asked them to follow her wherever she wanted to go. That was his only means to protect her when he wasn't around her.
The meeting ended soon and Ryker immediately left the hall to his car and drove off, going straight to the mansion. He'd miss Lisa so much he wanted to go to her.
