William came back to the hospital after resting his mind off. He was earlier with Lisa at their house in St. Petersburg, he wanted to come alone but Lisa refused to stay behind and they ended up coming together. He knew Miller was also heartbroken by the news they heard so he wanted to go cheer him up. He went back to Miller's room and saw Miller and Davina sleeping peacefully on his bed.
